Hi, Doris! I, too, benefit from the help of herbs. One thing I wasn't aware of was that Echinacea helped relieve arthritis pain. I will be giving this a try. I've enjoyed reading some of your posts and will be back for another visit. God Bless!

I enjoyed your list. I'm a cancer survivor and have read up on a lot of healing foods and herbs. I use a lot of garlic and basil, but I have never heard of valerian. I'll have to check that one out. Happy Friday!
Love your list of herbs. I also enjoyed reading your other blogs.
I new to herbs, so I found your list very helpful.
Love any info that I can get about natural healing. Great starter list for people. Thanks for sharing.
My TT is up. Please visit if you get a chance.
Welcome to the world of TT, Doris! Great job on your first one.
I've been hearing so many good things about flaxseed. I just read something about it yesterday in a health magazine.
My TT is up too...stop by and visit when you get a moment.
Doris~
I too had no idea that echinacea aided in arthritis pain relief. I really thought it was only helpful in warding off colds. I will have my husband try it...he was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about three years ago. GREAT Thursday Thirteen!!
a great list of healing herbs!!!
I never could get used to how bad valerian root tastes ... a former boyfriend who shared my love of herbs and I came up with the idea that valerian tasted the way dirty socks smelled
LOL
