Our events for this year are 95% finalized and we are excited about it. In April we will be having two events, one in July and another in September. We are truly happy that we are hosting Father of Guerrilla Marketing, Jay Levinson in Malaysia.
This year is slightly different for us in the area of online marketing. We have revamped our company's website (to go live) this week! As we have not delve into online registration, this is one area that can be a good platform for us.
I came across a conference registration form that has an interesting feature. The form is accompanied with a pop-up feature of a videospokeperson. I've seen this in some product and retail websites but for conference organisers, this is the first. This features allows not only a personal touch but it gives the attendee the opportunity to better understand the conference details. On the psychological front, it does prompt registration. It seems to highlight the call for action.
I thought that was clever.
