The internet was down for a few hours earlier and it caused so much disruptions. Somehow, I manually configured the system after the advice of Telekom's technician and still, it wouldn't worked.
Got a big lecture from my DH for calling in to lodge the report cos it brought trouble than help.
ARggrhhhh...

things like these happen. same as mine. it does happen, and it will happen again, let's just hope that they can give better service. all the best.
