Studies show that regular exercise during pregnancy helps to improve sleep quality, boosts your energy level throughout the day, decreases depression, and protects you against back pain and gestational diabetes (two common problems during pregnancy). Most importantly, it helps you avoid gaining too much weight, getting fat, getting stretch marks, and getting those awful cellulite dimples.
So moms to be... go for that morning walk, yoga class and light exercise.. fit ball is great!
