Complain while maintaining your privacy
Ever had a bad experience in a restaurant and yet, you don't want to disclose your identity in the feedback form? Anonymous Email allows you to send an email to the recipient without the need of disclosing your personal email.
This may be a good medium for parents and students if they like to voice certain concerns to the principal. For instance, if a disruptive or unprofessional behaviour of a teacher is being noticed and sometimes, the student may be too afraid to report such acts. In the workplace, you may lodge a complaint about the harassment of a colleague or someone performing any illegal activities at work without losing your privacy.
When used constructively, this anonymous way of communication can be useful and helpful in many scenarios.
