Rice cakes can be yummy too

Wokkingmum got me beaming with envy. I just had rice cakes for breakfast and mine was not anything near this! All I did was to top it with a slice of cheese and toast it in the oven... but she's gone through great lengths to dress these plain looking (boring) rice cakes up.

From her kitchen,
"The one on the left is Rice with Furikaki. The right one is Rice with Sakura Denbu. I used Scrambled Eggs and Ham with the rice, topped with cherry tomato. The 'cream' is Japanese Mayonnaise."
