I also had this problem, I was not able to be approved for any post. I did 3 before I finnaly gave up!
I wrote to them about it and they said there were to many people on the site and it was slowing it down, they were fixing it.

it has happened to me twice already! i've submitted a few tickets to get help but because the opps have all been taken up, they couldn't do anything :(
sometimes its because the url pasted in wrong so you may need to check that. i corrected one of mine and it was submitted ok
not just you, I am upset too!! I have USD10 that time.. then its like ended up like urs la... cant submit.. after spending time to write it. Gee... so dulan.
Ai yo.. I didn't know that I wasn't the only one... let's just hope that PPP clear all these techie hiccups... it is frustrating.

Anyway, I have had limited open opps now..hehe...as I have got 1 ban. Suddenly, from more 15 open opps to 3-5 opps now.
