Finally, we have confirmed our first staff for our seminar business. MT is a qualified telesales consultant for the last 10 years and we trust that she can deliver the job to our satisfaction.
Engaging the right staff is always a challenging task for many companies these days. A friend told me that it was hard employing someone who could share the same passion and vision. And I truly agree.
Let's see how it goes with our first employee - MT. Work begins next Tuesday... till then.
