Here is a new web directory that requires you to bid for position. It is different from most web directories where your submitted site will be 'lost' in the thousands or millions of sites out there. With Big Web Links, your placement is determined by your bid amount. In other words, pay more and you stay in the top 10 listings in the home page with the top 20 in the top links page.
