I was chatting with my pal, Rosalind who had just got their Australia business visa approved. This was definitely good news and they had already booked an apartment in the heart of Melbourne, Victoria.
It would our turn to go property searching in a couple of years' time. As we are still deciding where to settle ourselves, we would need to do alot more research than expected. The time will come to tap on the resources I found at Property Mart Overseas. Know what, this website offers properties in 92 countries, take your pick of houses, apartments, penthouses, studios etc... most importantly, they offer attractive deals on the listed properties.
The website gives a quick glance of your desired location and you can view the number of properties available in the city. I was taking a quick look at Germany and 98 houses in germany with most concentrating on Berlin were listed.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any in Australia yet, but since it's a fairly new site, I'll be expecting to see some in the next few months.
