Do you use a mouthwash? I don't cos I hate the taste of those mouthwash on the pharmacy shelves. I think they taste like medicine! Once, I tried gargling Listerine in my mouth and before I could hold it for a second, I spat out!
I found a natural remedy for a soothing mouthwash. Just use one teaspoon of chlorophyll, straight or diluted in one-half cup water, about couple of times a day. Work the liquid around your teeth and hold it in the mouth for two or three minutes. This remedy can also be used to speed up your recovery from a tooth surgery.

Great, I am going to try. I always use mouthwash but not Listerine. I can't stand it.
This kind of mouthwash is good when you have mouth ulcer. Whenever I have mouth ulcer, I must use mouthwash. If not, I will be in pain until death...as I am a Language Tutor...You knowlah, we do a lot of talking...;D
Great tip. I didn't know that about chlorophyll - I know where I can get it though since the wife works in a healthfood store. Anyway, hopefully you haven't been tagged for the I Follow/ Do Follow movement yet, because now you have been - more SEO work for ya - http://castlenottingham.com/wordpress/2007/05/04/i-follow/
