We all need friends to keep us in check, don't we? Good friends are hard to come by so if you have one, treasure it, take time to nurture the friendship and don't take your friend for granted.

Sometimes a friend can help to remind us of our goals, for example if you plan to observe a healthy diet or lose some weight.
