live green, be green
We've heard so much about being friendly to mother earth, save the environment, recycle campaigns, practice green living..etc. Sometimes the hype becomes too great that big brand fashion designers leverage on these principles and create products to bring more awareness to themselves.
But seriously, it's our responsibility to encourage green living in our lifestyle, to reduce the waste around us and save the earth! To do this, we should get into the habit of recycling and reusing paper bags and containers in the house and not dispose them after each use. For more ideas on how to follow green practices, you can start using environmental products for your household, garden, kitchen, garage and even buy eco-friendly gifts.

Heh, why not _really_ help the planet and stop buying stuff you don't need full stop? Or at least buy second hand?
Future generations will look back on our insane consumerism the way we look back at disdain upon the Roman orgias.
It’s totally awesome that people are thinking more about the environment these days. It is always good to hear about companies that take these matters to heart and provide products to their customers that minimize environmental impact.
I happened to come across a company that is based out of Denver, Colorado that is taking the second most wasteful industry in the U.S. and trying to transform it to a much more eco-friendly one. The tradeshow and convention industry currently holds the title as the second most waste producing industry, but this company I found, Trade Show Emporium, is focusing its energy on promoting products that are good for the environment, and slso recycling old displays that aren’t. Their products include:
• Materials derived from recycled content
• Low volatile organic compound (VOC) emission adhesives, stains, and finishes versus petroleum based options that pollute the air
• Rapidly renewable materials such as fast-growing bamboo over finite alternatives that take years longer to reproduce.
It is really cool to see a company put the environment first. Check out their green line at: http://www.tradeshowemporium.com/green-products.html
