the goodness of consuming shitake mushroom
I'm very thankful that Clayton enjoys a variety of vegetable and fruits with a particular liking for mushrooms, jackfruit and rambutans! We eat alot of shitake mushrooms in the house as it is known to contain vitamin B12 and anti-carcinogenic compound. The Japanese eats alot of them and actually Shitake mushroom can be versatile in cooking as compared to other kinds of mushrooms. it is a nice ingredient for steamboat, barbeque, pizza topping, stir fries...etc. Some people eat them raw but I find it a little bland and uninteresting :) Shitake mushroom is also a rich source of friendly bacteria and it contains antiseptic and anti viral properties.
